Love is the most amazing, complicated, and rewarding thing in the world. There is onle one happiness in life. To love and be loved. It's funny how love is so strong and yet so delicate at the same time. It can be broken. True love is to understand this. To be in love is to respect this. To me, love is a decision- not an emotion or feeling, that if made from the heart, can outlast anything. Love is so much more than a feeling. It is like a complete different state of mind. I mean, real love is a feeling that being part of that person's life almost isn't enough. It's more like a feeling that you would live in the same skin with them if you could and share every thought, heart beat, and emotion as one. That is true everlasting love. It's been said so many times, but it is true. When you have love, you don't need anything else. When you don't have it, nothing else matters.We all want to fall in love. Why? Because that experience makes us feel completely alive, where every sense is heightened, and every emotion is magnified. Our everyday reality is shattered and we are flung into the heavens. It may only last a moment, an hour, or an afternoon, but that doesn't diminish its value, because we are left with memories that we treasure for the rest of our lives. Love is like climbing the highest mountain. It's so hard to climb and get to the top, but once you do- the view is beautiful. Even the smallest bit of love is more beautiful than not having any. Love will always remind us that nothing else matters. True love will never grow old, but stay young and vibrant forever. You know that you are in love when you can look into someone's eyes, and see their heart- you see everything you'll ever need. True love will overcome all obstacles. It will work through everything. When you are so deep in love that nothing the other person does changes your feelings- you know that it is for real. I want MY love to be real, everlasting, and eternal. Together forever- until the end of time. Until I know that other person has given me their heart completely, as I have given them- it can in no way be forever.
