The pain of disipline is far less than the pain of regret
It's official. I am going to start training for the figure competition/marathon,triathalon I always wanted to participate in. This means I am going to eat very lean and healthy, and work out everyday. With work and school it might be a little rough getting started, but being on the home stretch of graduating- I am starting the training now. I am so excited! My girlfriends and I all have "to do" lists before we die and this is one of mine. This gal is on BodyRock and she is my friggin inspiration.
I am going to use my blog as a sort of progress tracker as well as my normal blog, so if you want to watch the results.. haha hopefully they are noticeable. I am going to post before during and after pics.. Kind of scary for me to post the befores, but maybe that will motivate me even more!! If anyone has fitness tips/tricks- PLEASE SHARE!!!! I'd looove to get as toned as possible in the healthiest way possible. The whole not eating very much because "food makes me fat" thought process is definitely old. I love food, and I'm going to eat it! Just in a different way. Anyway- any motivation you all have is great! I'll post my before pictures either tonight or tomorrow to see where i am at right now and maybe every 30 days I'll post another? We shall see! WISH ME LUCK! :)

Some of the girls are way too huge, but for the most part they are just wicked toned and hot! I find a lot of inspiring and motivational things on there!
