Pump up the volume

I find  that a good beat really keeps me motivated when i want to crap out. To tell you the truth, I want to crap out A LOT. :) You should find some tunes that make you super happy and make you want to dance. I find that those ones are the best to keep me going. When i'm running and i want to walk or stop, i'll tell myself that I can make it to the end of the song. Just to the end! At that point it feels like each song is like 15 minutes long, but I push hard and I always make it. 
I'd love some new beats for my playlist so hit me with your best shot! (pun intended LOL)
