Quick workout that will have your butt and legs crying

I did the best leg workout! My butt was super sore and it felt great.
I used the cable machine at work again to get in my 30 minutes on my lunch. No excuses. You can do this that fast if you focus and just go for it.

SUPERSET 1

-10 reps straight leg dead lift
 I had to stand on the bench because the bar doesn't technically go all the way to the floor and I wanted the full range of motion (I went heavier each set so my last rep was a real struggle) GO HEAVY But keep proper form
-10 rep ea leg bench step ups
Right side of body parallel with bench with the LEFT leg on the bench. Step up into your left foot and squeeze the glute and then step back down onto your right foot. That's one rep. 10 each side. Almost like a courtesy lunge if that makes more sense

REPEAT 3x


SUPERSET 2

-10 reps wide sumo squat with a front raise with a Heavy kettle bell
-10 ea leg Bulgarian lunge with back foot on the bench with heavy kettle bel

REPEAT 3x


I finished off the workout with walking lunges but I did a jump lunge between each step. So right foot forward walking lunge, and jump landing with the right foot forward. Then step forward with the left foot, lunge, do a jump lunge landing in the same position. Then step forward with your right foot etc. Do these to failure.

You'll be burning. I had to do a short workout since I'm short on my available workout time, but this was a good one. Hope you love it!
