Ready for the weekend

So tomorrow afternoon Shad and I are flying out to Denver for a hockey game! He's been into hockey his whole life. He started playing at a young age, played in high school, and even coached at Weber State. It's been a lofe long dream of his to go to a NHL game and he's grown up watching the Avalanche. Even though it's 3 months early, I decided to surprise him with this trip for his 30th birthday. That's right- Shad will be 30 this summer. I just told him yesterday that we were going and he is excited. I've kept it a secret for a couple months now. I'm sooo stoked. I got KILLER seats and a great deal on everything. At least I think it was a great deal.. haha. I'm excited to just get away for the weekend and go spend some time together. I'll post pictures as soon as we get back. (You know I got us both Jerseys!) I can't wait to go drive around and see everything. Woo hoo! Been a crazy week so it will be So good to get away. Much needed vacation with my honey.
