New beginnings
I decided to start blogging again! I deleted my fitness blog from way back when because I was just too busy and didn't ever post. Doesn't do any good to HAVE a blog unless i USE the blog, right?! So here we are.
Starting all new since it's been so long, I have the best hubbers in the world, one beautiful new baby boy, and my sweet yellow lab Nali girl. I love my life so stinking much. I'm extremely blessed. I work part time, go to school part time, and i'm applying for nursing school. I am currently a licensed cosmetologist/nail tech, (I'm going to be accepting eye lash clients here soon woo hoo!), and I looove photography and fitness! I'm sort of a jack of all trades i would say. I love a lot of things and do a lot of things. I say why the heck not?! I'm only going to live once and I want to experience life and live to the fullest while i'm able.
Anywho- I'm going to be posting all my many crafty things and fitness tips and my journey over the next 5 weeks. I have a sweet getaway planned with my hubby and i'm DYING to get this baby weight off. My sweet little man is almost 4 months old.. Pretty sad how fast time flies! He's adorable though and being a mamabear is the best gift i could have ever been given!!! I'm going to try my best to get in the best shape i can for my trip. We're going to Vegas to stay at the Bellagio. Soooo excited! Lay by the pool and catch some rays... oh yeah... I pretty much NEED the sun to live by the way.
So here goes nothin! It's already been a few days obviously, so here's what I've been doing.
Day 1: ran 2 miles
Day 2: ran 2 miles and did an ab routine
Day 3: I failed to work out. Let's be honest. we all have those days :(
Day 4: ran 2 miles, did 2 sets of curbside kick ups, squats and lunges
Day 5: ran 2 miles and abs
Day 6: didn't have time to run so i did abs
and we are to today. I'll be posting what i do and starting tomorrow i'll say exactly what exercises i'm doing, how many reps, weights, miles and whatever else i feel like. Here's hoping that i can make enough of a difference in such a short time. Before and after pics here i come!
