DiY father's day gift
So my dad and my father in law are both handy men. Lucky for me so is my husband! ! Anyway. I just took some pictures of Hunter and met my sister for a quick cousin session and even though framed grandkid pictures are usually a mother's day gift, I thought I could make it a little more manly. I bought a couple real somple black frames from walmart. I didn't get super nice ones because those are kinda girly. Then I bought some silver washers and a few bolts. Yup. You heard me. Those are in the hardware section in case you didn't know :) I have a bunch around the house but I wanted clean ones for this project. I got out my handy dandy glue gun and these gifts were ready in about 10 min! Not the most expensive gift by any means but I think it will be great for both of their work desks. Or their work benches at home!
Here's how mine turned out.

Not too shabby I think! Just lay it out until you're happy and then start up that glue gun! I kind of wish I'd have pained the frame red or something to give it some POP, but the men would probably like this better.
Anyway, happy Father's Day to all those baby daddies out there! I know I sure love my baby daddy. He's the best hubby I could ever dream of and he's the cutest dad in the world. Hunter and I are lucky we got such a wonderful hardworking hubby and daddy!
