Get a move on!
I got up early this morning and went for a run even before the baby and hubs got up for the day! Woo hoo go me! and go Nali dog for always being my partner! That's even after staying up past midnight studying for an exam. So yeah. I REALLY did not want to get up today. Talk about a study hangover. Im sooo tired. As I'm laying there thinking about not running and staying in bed, I thought about Vegas and how I was running out of body change time. I literally had to force myself out of bed. And I looove running!
Moral of the story- even when you love to do something (and that something being working out/running/lifting weights etc) sometimes you have to work hard to be consistent with it because there are some days where I just don't freakin wanna! When I go take my exam later tonight I plan on hitting the campus gym for some much weight training. You do know that lifting weight and gaining muscle will burn more calories/ fat than just running right?! Besides. Who doesn't want some sexy muscle definition and tight glutes?!?! I do I do!
Now go get to it! All you need is like 15 min for a 1 mile jog. YOU CAN DO IT! If not a jog, then start out by taking the stairs today. Get up and walk to the printer and do some stretching at your desk. Go for a walk on your break because it's gorgeous outside and it will make you feel good inside! Any movement is better than no movement. So get to it and GET MOVING!!
