31 days of fitness
I got the most wonderful complement today at work! This gal said I looked super skinny and couldn't believe how fast I'd lost my baby weight. (Only 6 more lbs to go!) I thought that since July is about to begin, why not do a July 31 days of fitness to show you how I'm losing my baby weight! I did gain 50 pounds after all. My baby is 4 1/2 months old right now. Sure feels good to be getting back to normal self. Or at least my NEW self. Not sure you could ever go back to your "before" normal since you're never the same after baby. (You're better!!) Motherhood is the best thing in the entire workd but let's face it. Having loosey goosey skin/post baby body is hard! Well, if you're like me and just want to feel good in your skin again then join me for an entire month of kick A fitness and get in touch with your inner tigress! RAWR!! oh yeah. That just happened. :) no matter what your fitness level, just jump on in and get your sweat on! I promise you won't regret it!!
