today's WOD

So last night I decided to try out the workout Megan and I planned for our Mommy STRONG class on Saturday.  I've got to say it's a dang good one! :) you really should tag along with us! Follow our Facebook page, or our IG for motivation and tips!! It's going to be awesome! I want to challenge you.
You have to push yourself because nobody else will. Do this for you. Love yourself enough to take care of yourself. Be happy and confident in who you are. My goal is to empower women of all ages and let you know that you're worth it!! It's not going to be easy but it's worth it. I promise! You just have to believe in your potential. I know you got it. You just have to find that inner tigress and go for it! 


I'll post the workout from Saturday after class so you can get your butt whooped like I did doing it!

If you need a workout idea for today do this filthy 50 WOD

50 high knees
50 crunches
50 Mt climbers
50 prisoner squats  (hands above head)
50 sec plank on your forearms
50 jumping Jacks
50 reverse crunches
50 burpees

 You can complete the round again for a 2nd time if you want to!
