mommy STRONG/ today's workout
Alongside my July fitness month, I am very excited to announce that I'm teaming up with my awesome girly friend Megan and together we are hosting a weekly mama friendly workout! Sounds great right?! Today for my personal workout I ran 2 miles with my baby and my dog and it felt great! I then did my bodyweight exercises and now i'm pooped. :)
Here are the body weight exercises I did: dont forget to squeeze those buns and keep the abs tight!!
15 regular squats
30 jump lunges (or alternating lunges)
15 sumo squats
20 jump lunges
15 curtsey lunges
15 jump lunges
15 goblet squats
10 jump lunges
