Today's workout is ass-tastic
Today's workout is a little different. You will need some kind of internet, unless you want to download the song. Today is going to kill your legs and butt. The song you will be working out to is Moby flower. What I want you to do, is every time it says bring Sally up you stand up every time it says bring Sally down you go down in a squat and hold it until he says go backup. Added weight is always great! I think you will find though, that body weight can be pretty tough :-) I will post about the next mommy strong work out as well. I am going to put together a months worth of work out for you to do any time any place. I will post that soon! That way you can get a workout in or reference it for ideas if you're not sure what to do at home on your own. It would be great also since I didn't post the last couple of days since I was studying for an exam. Hopefully you like today's workout, and get your sweat on! I will post the video for the song when I get home from work. You can find it very easily on YouTube and I know you have internet access, or you wouldn't be reading this blog! Lol. I promise it's a good workout and you will feel it in your legs! Now go squat your heart out!
