Day#1

It's time! Day #1 is here. I hope you are ready to get fit(ter) with me this month and are ready to sweat! :)  Today's workout is coming to us courtesy of bodybuilding.com (Jamie Eason) and is the perfect workout to start the month. It only takes like 15 minutes so there is #NOEXCUSE not to do it. I'm a working mom with a 4 month old, and taking classes at the college. I know you can spare 15 minutes because I can! Push hard, use good form, and git er done!! Let me know how you do and how you like it!

50 jumping jacks
50 crunches
45 jumping jacks
45 squats
40 jumping jacks
40 crunches
35 jumping jacks
35 squats
30 jumping jacks
30 walking lunges
25 jumping jacks
25 push ups
20 jumping jacks
20 jump lunges
15 jumping jacks
15 jump squats
10 jumping jacks
10 bicycle crunches
50 jumping jacks
5 burpees

Doesn't sound TOO bad right?! You go Glen CoCo! You can do this.
In order to keep myself motivated this month i've tabbed my day planner everyday with little post it stickies so that i can remove them each day. I've numbered them 1-31 and will remove them ONLY when I've completed my workout. What motivates you to keep on it and push it every day? I'd love to hear some suggestions!
