Fit test
Today's workout is going to burn. BAD. :)
I stole it from Bodyrock by the way. I used to follow them religiously when Zuzana was the hostess with the mostess. I like the new girl, but i still love Zuzka. You can find a TON of workouts on both of their sites for free!! best kind of gym ever right?! I LOVE FREEEEEEE
You are going to complete 50 reps of each exercise, and time how long it takes you to do it. Write down how long it takes you, and then in a few weeks we'll do it again to test our fitness levels. They should be improved by the time we do this one again! Oh man. I'm nervous about this one. Can't wait to hear how you do. If you don't have weights, that's okay! Modify the workout to fit what you can do. You should still die doing this workout! NO EXCUSES!!!
yes... she has big jugs. lol. but freakin look at those abs!! You know she works hard. And so will we!!
Once you're finished with that, we'll do some abs!!! You mean, there's MORE?!?! Always. ;)
For the abs you'll do 50 seconds of work, and 10 seconds rest... except the "rest" is really a 10 second plank. i know i know. rude. but it's worth it!! Think about those tight abs you're gonna have after killin this workout today!! WOO! get to it ladies.
Don't forget to work hard! really push yourself and get that body sweaty! We are gonna be fit, happy, and healthy mamas (or women in general) and we are going to empower ourselves and each other!

2) High Knees
2) Bag Drop & Burpee Tuck Jump – Using the Pink Sandbag
3) Scissor Lunge
4) Elavated Plank Knee Tucks – Elbow & Cross (Alternate between L&R Legs)
5) Touch Floor Jumping Jacks
6) Overhead Lunge & Kick – Left Leg – Using the Pink Sandbag
7) Tuck Jumps
8) Overhead Lunge & Kick – Right Leg – Using the Pink Sandbag
9) Criss Cross Reach Through Abs (Alternate between L&R Legs)
10) 500 High Knee Skips
