leg burn out WOD

Last night I did my work out and it was killer! My legs were definitely tired :)
Here's what I did!

1 mile run/jog 

15 squats
15 alternating jump lunges
50 high knees
(2x)

10 bench step ups with elbow to knee crunch
10 sumo jump squats (touch the ground)
(2x)

10 elbow plank jack  w/ alt leg raise (left leg raise, right leg raise, plank jack=1 rep)
30 sec plank hold
(2x)

1/2 mile run/jog

50 curb taps
15 curb jump squats (jump onto curb and squat, jump off curb and squat-slow and controlled)
(2x)

stretch/cool down

If you do this workout let me know how it was! I enjoyed it! You should be working hard ladies. If you aren't sweating and breathing hard then you're not working hard enough! Change is brought about by pushing yourself. Your body needs to be tested and changing up your workouts regularly will keep you from hitting a plateau. If you still look all pretty and dolled up after your workout, then you DEFINITELY didn't work hard enough. I usually look like total crap after my workout haha! Be proud of that sweat ! :D
