Refinished desk

A while back I refinished this desk to use at my wedding. I got the desk for free from my parents but you could find one at a garage sale or at the DI. I'm always finding great DIY projects in random places. I sanded all the wood of course, primed and hand painted. I love the black top and white bottom. I looove the contrast! I've been thinking about distressing it, but I painted this back before distressed furniture got big and trendy. I'll probably leave it. Too many other projects I need to finish :) here are my progress pics.

I sure love the results i got though. love having this in my front room!

Easy peasy RE-DO for y'all! can't beat a free desk and a little bit of money for spray paint eh?! Perfect beginner DIY right here!
