AB-sessed WOD

Today's WOD is going to burn those abs and get your heart pumping. 
If this isn't tough enough because you're a BAMF, then you can do the whole sequence again! :)

Warm up

5 -Plank, spider man crunch with lateral leg kick (L) 
5- Plank, spider man crunch with lateral leg kick (R)
25- Double crunch
50 high knees
2x

20- Plank up and downs
25- R oblique crunch
25- L oblique crunch
20 squat jumps
2x

10 lower leg raises
20 plank jacks
15 heels to heaven
50 jumping jacks
2x

30 sec regular plank

As long as you can hold -Reverse plank w/alt leg raise
